Privacy Policy

KUYA Solutions LLC ("KUYA," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to kuyasolutions.com and any KUYA-controlled marketing site, including this preview deployment.

We collect information you provide directly, for example, when you submit a lead form, request a quote, or book a Workflow Mapping Session. This may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the services you are interested in. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device, referring pages, and approximate location, through standard server logs and analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, schedule and deliver sessions, provide staffing and workflow services, improve our site and offerings, and send relevant updates if you opt in. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where we engage vendors to help operate our business (for example, calendar, CRM, email, or analytics providers), they process data on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the site. Analytics tools may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

Communications

If you share your contact information, we may reach out about your inquiry, proposals, scheduling, and related services. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any message or contacting us at support@kuyasolutions.com.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the information we hold.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
