Our story
Built by operators, for operators.
We started KUYA after watching too many founders burn out doing work the business had outgrown — inbox triage, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting. The work wasn't hard; it just shouldn't have been on the founder's plate.
So we built a different kind of partner: one that brings the people (vetted VAs) and the systems (AI workflows, SOPs, dashboards) together — and leaves you with a business that runs without you in the middle of every decision.
We're local to Houston–Galveston, Texas and work with clients across the US. No hype, no robots-as-mascots, no fluff. Just outcomes.
