THEE BEST BROWS: a rebuilt website, bookings more than doubled, and 29 new Google reviews in six weeks

Mak runs THEE BEST BROWS, a private microblading and nanoblading studio in Coconut Grove. When KUYA started on Sept 17, 2026, her website had been down for about six months. Over the next six weeks she got a new site, clean business data, and more traffic from Google search. Over the same 42 days, bookings made went from 31 to 64.

Bookings and online share come from the studio's booking system and count bookings made, not revenue. Search figures come from Google Search Console and compare the 40 days before Sept 17 with the 40 days after (data through Oct 26). The Grok result is one reading taken on Oct 22, 2026. AI answers change by day, account and location. These numbers show what happened in the same period. They don't prove that any one change caused another.

Before: a great artist with no working website

Mak's clients already loved her work: a 5.0-star rating on Google. But her online presence had fallen apart. On Sept 17, 2026, she found out her website had been down for about six months. Her domain only forwarded to her booking page. Old links in Google still pointed to pages that no longer existed. Listings around the web showed outdated business details. She had 35 Google reviews and no website analytics, so she couldn't see where her clients were coming from.

What KUYA did

  • Built a new site, fast. Slade built a working site the same night Mak found out (Sept 17). Then we moved it onto her own domain and pointed her old links to the new pages.
  • Made the business easy for search engines to read. By Sept 25 we had added structured data describing the studio, its services, hours and booking link. We also verified Google Search Console and submitted a sitemap.
  • Built pages that match how people search. Coconut Grove service guides for microblading, nanoblading, lip blush, brow correction and eyebrow shaping, plus a guide to choosing a brow studio. We also added pop-up pages for Park City, Los Angeles and New York (Sept 22).
  • Cleaned up her Google Business Profile. We walked Mak through reclaiming ownership of her profile, ran the first round of profile improvements (Oct 7) and set up weekly performance reports.
  • Fixed her business details. We updated the site to her current studio address and business line, so her site, structured data and Google profile all match.
  • Opened the site to AI search. We published an llms.txt summary, let the major AI crawlers into robots.txt and cleaned up the links to her social profiles (Oct 21).
  • Tested AI search every day. Starting in October, KUYA asked the major AI assistants the same question every day, wrote down who they recommended and why, and turned the gaps into a fix list.
  • Added measurement. We set up website analytics with booking-click tracking (Oct 7), daily booking alerts and reports, and new intake and apprenticeship forms (Oct 26).

The results

In the studio. 64 bookings were made in the 42 days from Sept 17, compared with 31 in the 42 days before, more than double. 44 of them were made online, up from 14. Online bookings went from 45% of the total to 69%. Over the same period her Google reviews went from 35 to 64, with a 5.0-star rating.

On Google Search. Clicks per day rose 32% (from 2.15 to 2.83) and impressions per day rose 28% (from 65.8 to 84.3), comparing the 40 days before Sept 17 with the 40 days after. In KUYA's rank tracker, "microblading coconut grove" and "nanoblading coconut grove" went from not ranking on Oct 3 to #1 on Oct 12. Not many people search those exact phrases, but the ones who do are looking for exactly what Mak offers.

In AI search. On Oct 22, 2026, we asked Grok "Who is the best brow artist in Coconut Grove?" and it named THEE BEST BROWS #1.

In Mak's words

"Kuya Solutions built my new website which was ranking on Google in less than a week and helped me find virtual assistants for my business. They took the time to understand what I needed, communicated clearly, and made it easier to get the right support in place. They also know how to implement AI in practical ways that save time and help a business grow. If you're looking for a VA company that understands both people and technology, I highly recommend Kuya Solutions. They're the best!"
