Kuya Interview
If you qualify for the position, our team will reach out to perform an initial get-to-know-you interview.
Client Interview
Our client may want an additional interview or may submit additional questions for you to answer.
Onboarding
If you are selected for the position, our HR department will schedule a meeting to onboard and train you on our systems.
30 Day trial
You will begin a paid 30 day trial with the client that allows you both to see if it is a good fit.
Hired!
If you pass your 30 day trial, you have become the newest Kuya VA! Welcome to the family!
