Who we are
KUYA was built by operators, for operators. We watched too many founders burn out doing work the business had outgrown — inbox triage, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, data cleanup. The work wasn't usually hard; it just shouldn't have been on the founder's plate. The problem was rarely a lack of effort. It was a lack of system and support.
So we built a different kind of partner. Instead of selling software alone or staffing alone, we bring both: the people to take repeatable work off your plate and the systems to make that work repeatable in the first place. Where we work
We're local to the Houston–Galveston, Texas area and meet clients in person where it's useful — for discovery, kickoff, or key working sessions. We also serve remote clients across the US. Most of our work happens asynchronously and over video, which means location is rarely a constraint. What matters more is alignment on outcomes and clear communication.
VA staffing
Our core service is virtual assistant staffing. We help you identify what to delegate, define the role, and bring in a VA who fits the work and your working style. Roles we commonly staff include general dedicated assistants, AI specialists, and platform-certified VAs who can own CRM and automation administration.
Part-time support fits focused, flexible work — a few hours a day for inbox, scheduling, and light admin. Full-time support fits an ongoing workload that needs dedicated coverage. We help you choose based on actual volume, not just a feeling of being busy.

This includes CRM and pipeline setup, website and form integration, lead capture and follow-up automations, missed-call text-back, online booking, review and reputation tools, and AI-assisted reception and drafting where it fits. We use your existing tool stack wherever possible, supplemented by Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, project tools, automation platforms, and AI assistants as the work requires.
The distinction we keep sharp: VAs handle judgment, communication, and exceptions; AI handles repeatable rules and routing. Often both work best together — the AI handles the volume, and the VA handles the nuance.
