How does my VA get paid?
The Kuya team prides ourselves in offering above market salaries for all of our VAs. We take care of payroll, which goes out every 5th and 20th of the month. Kuya takes care of all international currency exchanges and fees so you don't have to worry about it!
Do I need to pay taxes on my VA?
Kuya VAs are directly contracted with Kuya Solutions. They are considered independent contractors and should be treated as such when it comes to filing taxes.
What if my VA isn't a good fit?
The great thing about working with us is that we will continue sourcing the best talent until we find the perfect match for you. If it seems like it's not a good fit, first, make sure you have put adequate time into training and setting proper expectations. If it still isn't a good fit please let us know and we will source a replacement at no extra cost to you.
